Abstrak

Manajemen komplikasi nontrombotik intradialitik pada pasien dengan penyakit ginjal kronis merupakan aspek penting dalam perawatan hemodialisis. Komplikasi ini, seperti hipotensi, hipertensi, DDS, kram otot, mual muntan dan gatal, dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan pasien. Penanganan yang efektif memerlukan pendekatan multidisipliner yang melibatkan tim medis, edukasi pasien, serta pemantauan ketat selama sesi dialisis. Protokol yang baik, termasuk pengaturan volume cairan dan penggunaan obat-obatan yang tepat, berperan dalam mengurangi frekuensi dan keparahan komplikasi. Dengan strategi manajemen yang tepat, diharapkan kualitas hidup pasien dapat ditingkatkan, serta angka morbiditas yang terkait dengan komplikasi nontrombotik intradialitik dapat diminimalkan. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan praktik klinis dan memperkaya pemahaman tentang komplikasi ini.
